In a globalized world with numerous number of players, guaranteeing our food-security has become a challenging topic, in particularly in the Global South. The remedy to such challenge may reside in the revolutionary artificial intelligent developments that our world is currently witnessing.

With world leading academic institutions, high investment in R&D and top-notch startups, Israel, Morocco, the United Arab Emirates and Bavaria/Germany are investing substantial resources in promoting advanced food-security technologies.

The Bavarian Ministry for Economic Affairs, Energy and Technology, together with the Fraunhofer Center of Secure Intelligent Systems, the University of Bayreuth, the Food Cluster and the Bavarian Research Alliance, invite you to a three-day event in Kulmbach, which includes a day of visits to local companies from the area food tech and food safety and a workshop day to develop new cooperation ideas.
